We were the first studio to teach authentic, Classical Pilates in London.

 

It was developed by Joseph Pilates during the middle part of the last century, in New York. That's why we named our own studio New York Pilates. Daphne, The Studio Director, studied and certified with Romana Kryzanaowska, the protégé of Joseph Pilates which is why teachers and clients from all over the UK, USA and Europe come to study with us. All our teachers hold only the highest of Classical Pilates Certifications.
